Preseason starts next Monday — and every squad has something to build towards.

🏆 U20s — After an incredible 3-peat, last season was about regrouping, welcoming plenty of rookies and building the next generation. Now it’s time to use that experience and start the fight to regain that top spot.

🏆 Women — Coming off a massive 4-peat, the standard has been set. A new season means a new challenge and another opportunity to keep building on an incredible run.

💪 Men — Semi-finalists two years running before taking the next step and reaching the Grand Final last season. The result wasn’t what we wanted, but getting there showed just how far this group has come and the strength they have built on the field.

Now it all starts again.

Whether you’re returning, haven’t played for a while, or have never put on pads before — preseason is where your journey starts.
