2026/27 VJBL COACH ANNOUNCEMENTS 🦅

Craigieburn Basketball Association is excited to announce our 2026/27 VJBL 1s coaches and coaching squads.

Congratulations to all coaches selected for our VJBL program for the upcoming season. We’re looking forward to seeing each coaching group work together to support the development of our players and teams throughout the year.

A huge congratulations to Candice Warren-Johnson on an outstanding achievement.

Candice was appointed as the Statistician Caller for the Big V Championship Women’s Grand Final at the State Basketball Centre — a fantastic recognition of her experience, professionalism and contribution to basketball.

Appointments like this reflect the countless hours of work that go on behind the scenes to help our game run at the highest level.

We’re incredibly proud to see a member of the Craigieburn basketball community recognised with such an important role on Grand Final night.

Congratulations Candice on a well-deserved appointment and a fantastic achievement.

Congratulations to our U12 Girls 2, U16 Boys 3 and U18 Girls 1, who have locked in their place in next week’s VJBL Grand Finals.

This Friday night, our remaining finals teams take the court in Preliminary Finals, fighting for the chance to join them on Grand Final night.

Nine games. Ten Eagles teams. Everything on the line.

A huge night of VJBL finals basketball is ahead - Friday the 4th. Get behind our teams, fill the stands and make some noise for the Eagles.

Congratulations to all coaches appointed to lead our Eagles teams next season. We’re looking forward to seeing the experience, energy and commitment they bring to our program as we prepare for another big year of VJBL basketball.

🏀 VJBL RESULTS | FINALS 🦅

A big weekend of basketball for our Craigieburn Eagles, with a number of teams taking the court for finals, while our U12.1 Boys and U20 teams wrapped up their regular seasons.

Congratulations to U12.4 Girls, U14.1 Boys, U14.5 Boys, U16.3 Boys, U16.4 Boys and U18.2 Girls on winning their finals and progressing through!

Bad luck to U12.1 Girls, U12.3 Girls, U14.3 Boys, U18.2 Boys and U18.3 Boys, who fought hard in their finals but unfortunately saw their seasons come to an end. Thank you to all players, coaches, team managers and families for your commitment and support throughout the season.

Our U12.1 Boys, U20.2 Boys and U20.1 Girls also played their final regular-season games, bringing their 2026 VJBL seasons to a close. Congratulations to each team on everything they have achieved this season.

That’s a wrap on the regular season for most of our Eagles! With finals now underway for some teams, while our U12B1 and U20 teams have one more game to go, the business end of the season is here.
