πOffice Fit: 5 Best Ways to Exercise at Workπ
Here, we'll show you how to incorporate exercise into your busy workday to stay healthy and energized. These five office-friendly exercises will help you stay active, improve your productivity, and boost your overall well-being without leaving your workspace. Let's get started!
Deskercise Delight:
Make use of your desk to engage in simple exercises that won't disrupt your workflow. Try the following desk exercises:
a. Seated Leg Lifts: While sitting on your chair, extend one leg straight out and hold for 5 seconds. Lower it down and repeat with the other leg. Do 10 reps on each leg.
b. Chair Squats: Stand up in front of your chair and lower yourself down into a sitting position without fully sitting down. Rise back up and repeat 15 times.
c. Shoulder Rolls: Relieve tension in your shoulders by rolling them back 10 times, then forward 10 times.
Walk & Talk Meetings:
Instead of sitting in a conference room, suggest "walk and talk" meetings with your colleagues. Walking meetings not only provide exercise but also boost creativity and communication. Take a stroll around the office or nearby outdoor spaces while discussing work-related matters.
Stairway to Energy:
