When I first started Flourish, I had no idea just how much it would become a part of my own journey too. 🤍
What started as a passion for helping women has grown into something so much bigger, a space where I get to support women through different seasons of life, continue learning and growing myself, and connect with some truly incredible women along the way.

It doesn’t automatically mean something is “wrong”, and you don’t need to spend your postpartum recovery obsessing over closing a gap.
How your core functions is what matters MOST. 🤍
If you’re unsure about your recovery, a postpartum assessment can help you understand what’s happening and what your body needs.
