We took to the Ball last night for Pilates. Main class focus was the Hamstrings & Glutes.
Naturally, we challenged the abdominal muscles & our balance along the way!

Made this my daily practice about a year ago. What a fabulous way to relax the back, take pressure from the legs and so much more. Put ya phone away, even for 5 mins - find a space & give it a go. You won’t regret it.
