Tonight, Kosta from 747fitness came down and put our senior and reserve teams through a solid strength and conditioning session.

Strength and conditioning plays a vital role in football, helping players improve their speed, power, endurance and agility while reducing the risk of injury. It allows athletes to perform at a higher intensity for longer periods, recover faster, and build the physical resilience needed to meet the demands of the game.
