Why your protein intake is important. π
When it comes to fuelling your body with the nutrients for performance and recovery, protein is a must.
Protein is full of amino acids that make the building blocks for our muscles, skin, tissue and body as a whole. Therefore, it plays a key role in muscle recovery and growth. Having an adequate intake of protein in your diet helps your body repair and build muscles after exercise.
