Didn't make it to the Cranebrook Little Athletics presentation ceremony on May 17th? Your trophies are waiting for you! 🏆

Trophies can be picked up from the CLAC clubhouse on Monday, 22nd June between 6:30 and 7:00pm. If you can’t make it at this time, your trophy will be held until registration collection at the beginning of next season.

Printed copies of the CLAC Yearbook will also be available to collect with trophies.
A digital copy of the Yearbook and Presentation Slides will be emailed out to all CLAC families shortly.

Congratulations to Ron Haworth, our club's Vice President and accredited official, on your well deserved nomination for "Official of the Year". Your passion, dedication and skills have been recognised by your fellow officials at NSW Athletics and we have our fingers crossed for you at the awards presentation tomorrow evening.

🌭 BBQ lunch served between 11:30 - 12:30

Athletes and age managers eat free, families can purchase sausage sizzle ($3) and drinks ($2) while stocks last.
All athletes are to check in upon arrival at the hall to receive their BBQ ticket.
Street parking is available. Please be mindful of not blocking neighbours' driveways.
Entry will be via the loading dock gates.

The school grounds and play equipment areas are off limits to athletes and families. Please remain in the hall and central courtyard area.

Toilets at the far end of the top block will be open for use (due to renovation of other bathrooms).

Our club AGM meeting will be held at 2:30pm following our presentations. We welcome all to attend and consider joining our General Committee to support the club in whatever capacity you are available.

Attention Families:
We will have a BBQ operating at our Presentation Day. 🌭🧃
It will be available between 11:30am and 12:30pm only.

Athletes and Age Managers will receive a token when they check in upon arrival for their FREE sausage sandwich and drink (water or juice popper).

Please ensure your athlete collects their lunch in the timeframe above. Athletes arriving for Session 2 will need to eat before their presentation begins.

There will be additional sausage sandwiches and drinks available for family members to purchase, while stocks last.

Drinks - $2

EFTPOS will be available and is preferred.

A reminder that nominations for the CLAC Executive Committee roles close at 7pm this evening for those interested in joining our committee. General Committee nominations can be made any time up to the meeting. We warmly welcome any community members who are keen to join our club committee and look forward to seeing you at the AGM following the Presentation ceremony next weekend.

Whether you’re taxiing the kids to training, managing a group, helping with recording, pinning bibs on uniforms, providing snacks, calming nerves before a race, or proudly cheering from the sidelines… we see you, we appreciate you, and today we celebrate you. ❤️
