Congratulations to last night's meet tray raffle winners at the Criterion Hotel Finch Hatton, our local Jupiter, and a very generous Brownley Civil who are doing the civil works replacing the grid past Crediton toward Eungella Dam, thanks to everyone for all their support. We raised $228 to go towards paying the Electricity at the Campground, Insurance, and fuel and running costs for the grounds-keeping. A big thanks to Paula for selling tickets on the night. Next raffle 30th October.

Tickets Two Dollars each, available at the Cri, Eungella Breakaway Takeaway, Valley Rural Services, and Finch Hatton General Store & Post Office! No need to be present, winnings can be stored O/N at the Cri.

This is a really special addition to our historic Hall, our visionary local lad Euan from U&ME Solutions re-purposed the original Crediton Hall and Crediton School doors to create a dividing wall to block our new wheel-chair accessible toilet and shower from the kitchen area. Amazing footage, platypus mating season has just started, be sure to visit Broken River Visitor Information Centre during your stay on the mountain, and if lucky you may even see them in our adjoining waterway beside our campground, which is the headwaters for the iconic Broken River flowing all the way to the mighty Burdekin River, and joins the coast at the Upstart Bay, and feeds the amazing Cape Bowling Bay (Bowling Green Bay) which is a critical, internationally recognized dugong habitat. 🥰

Congrats to Deb, Caroline, and Josh who were our winners of last Friday night's Meat Tray Raffle at CCriterion Hotel Finch Hatton and thanks to everyone for their support 🙏 Apologies to anyone that we missed, we had some teething problems as only our 2nd attempt at the pub raffles, but we will improve next time. Hope to see you all again for our next raffle on Friday 26th June. All proceeds go directly to maintenance and running costs on our historic Crediton Hall and Campground.
