After years of teaching, I hear the same questions over and over — and honestly? They’re legit questions. Nobody’s ever really sat you down and explained the answers.
So let’s de-bust some myths. Swipe through for what my clients actually ask me — about Pilates vs yoga, how often you really need to show up, training through pregnancy, and coming back after birth.
No fluff, no fear-mongering — just what’s actually true.
Got a question that’s not here? Ask away, I’ve probably heard it before 🤍
Move. Birth. Belong.

✨ You Asked…
One of the things I love most about teaching Pilates is the conversations that happen before and after class.
Questions like…
• What’s the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
• How often should I practise to see results?
• Can I continue Pilates throughout pregnancy?
• When is it safe to return after having my baby?
• Is Pilates only for people who are already fit?
If you’ve ever wondered any of these too, this carousel is for you.
I believe understanding why we move is just as important as the movement itself. When you feel informed, you can move with more confidence and choose the approach that’s right for your body.
I’d love to make this a regular series, so if you have a Pilates or women’s health question, leave it in the comments or send me a DM. Your question might be featured in the next You Asked… 🤍
Save this post for later if you think you’ll come back to it, and share it with someone who’s been curious about starting Pilates.
