Club & Team Officials – “Check-In”
Following Round 3, MWSA be holding an informal check-in on Tuesday 27 October at 6.00pm for any club or team official who would like guidance, have questions or need clarification on any aspect of MWSA’s competition.

All team officials (coaches, managers, scorers and umpires) are very welcome – it’s simply an opportunity to ask questions, raise any concerns and get support as we settle into the season. Attendance is not compulsory - please just attend virtually if you need some guidance.

Umpiring Blues Program 👉🏼

Blues Umpiring Mentoring Program – Registrations Open!

The Blues Umpiring Mentoring Program is back this season. Whether you’re working towards your Level 1 Accreditation or simply looking to build your umpiring skills and confidence, we’d love you to get involved.
This season, the program will run in three 4-week blocks:

Block 1: 24 & 31 October, 7 & 14 November 2026
Block 2: 21 & 28 November, 5 & 12 December 2026
Block 3: 30 January, 6, 13 & 20 February 2027

Volunteers Needed for the MWSA Bunnings BBQ 👉🏼

🌭🔥 MWSA BUNNINGS BBQ – WE NEED YOU! 🥎

We’re firing up the BBQ at Bunnings Balgowlah on Sunday 8th November.

Funds raised will help us strengthen our umpiring program, provide mentoring and support, and continue developing confident, capable umpires across our association.
Our umpires play an important role in keeping our competitions running, from our youngest Teeballers through to our senior teams.

🙋‍♀️ CAN YOU SPARE AN HOUR OR TWO?

We’re looking for volunteers from 7am–4:30pm to help with cooking, taking payments, serving food and cleaning up. Hourly shifts available – every little bit helps!

After Round 3 games are finished this Saturday (24 October), we’d love all Teeballers, Modballers and their friends join us for a fun skills clinic with NSW U23 players.

BLASTBALL: The Perfect First Sporting Experience!

Looking for a fun, active way to introduce your child to sport? Register your Preschooler or Kindergartner for FREE BLASTBALL!

BLASTBALL teaches preschool-aged girls and boys (aged 2 – 5) to develop fundamental movement, bat-and-ball and running skills in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

✔️No experience required
✔️No teams or competition
✔️No personal equipment needed
✔️All abilities are welcome
✔️Just lots of fun, games, laughter and smiles
👍Every session is designed to keep children active, build confidence, develop coordination and encourage friendships while introducing the basics of Teeball through exciting games and activities.

Are you at the grounds already because you’re watching a family member or friend play? Why not help us out by umpiring.

We are looking to expand our umpiring pool for any keen beans to umpire the teeball & modball at 8:30am? It’s $10 a game.

You may as well if you’re going to there anyway.
