I began practising yoga in 2001 after a health scare forced me to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Been a busy Mum myself I find myself struggling to find yoga classes that suit the family timetable. In these classes Mum's will not only benefit from tailored asana practise but will also have the opportunity to share and connect with other local Mum's, and importantly their babies with a delicious guid

Hi All, my good friend Kelly Ransome, after years in the fitness industry, has opened a new studio in Palm Beach. Her classes are for all levels with advanced and beginner's options. First class free. Really special teacher Empower Yoga Gold Coast

Not long now till term 4 Mum's and Bubs classes and Yoga for Kiddies (4-8). We still have spots left in the Mum's and Bubs class and limited places left for kiddies. The studio is Sports House, Varsity Lakes at your place or ours

I just got a set of these kids yoga cards delivered ready to use in next terms kiddies class. So excited to use them with the kids, they are lovely!!!!!
