Course Update - Due to current course conditions, all golf carts are to remain on the cart paths only.

These temporary restrictions help protect the course and ensure it remains in the best possible condition for everyone.

Please see the important information below to help make the day run smoothly.

9 hole, 3 club, ambrose event.

Both players in teams MUST use exactly the same clubs. Only those clubs are allowed on course, no full bags.

Teams of 4 divided into 2 teams, 2 x 2 with split tee times to prevent any indiscretions 😆 Winners are the best 2 man net score of Team.

To get handicap, add 2 handicaps together and divide by 4, usual club length (be honest), bunkers out of play.

White tees men, Red tees Ladies. 4 drives each player.

If not in a team we will put you in a team no problem.

Arrival & Registration

We ask all participants to aim to arrive prior to 12:00pm. (11.45ish)

Upon arrival, please make your way to the registration table located just inside the clubhouse to check in and confirm your team's details.

The BBQ will commence at 12:00pm, with the day’s welcome and event information to follow.

Golf Carts

Golf carts will be available for hire for those who wish to use one. Please arrange your cart hire directly with the clubhouse, bookings essential.

Team & Player Details – IMPORTANT

Please ensure we receive your: Via reply email ASAP

• Team name
• Names of each player
• Golf handicap for each player

If a player does not have an official handicap, an automatic handicap of 18 will be applied for the event.

Please also remember that non-member green fees apply. FYI $29 for 9 holes plus cart if required.

Schedule for the Day

12:00pm – BBQ Start
12:15pm – Welcome, Introduction & Announcements
12:30pm – Confirmation of Tee-Off Times & Event Guidelines
1:00pm – Scheduled First Tee-Off

We will aim to have the first groups teeing off just prior to 1:00pm, so please ensure you are ready and near the designated tee area once your tee-off time has been confirmed.

Conclusion of the Event

At the conclusion of the event, we will come together for:

• Thank you and acknowledgements
• Prize giveaways
• Announcement of the date for our next Charity Golf Event – Christmas-themed!

Participants are welcome to stick around afterwards to socialise, enjoy some refreshments and connect with fellow participants.

We are excited to share the day with you and, most importantly, to come together as a community to support a great cause.
