This workshop is designed to focus on the activation, strength and endurance of the stabilising muscles we use when we run. We will focus on activating these muscles to avoid recruiting our high velocity muscles as stabilisers.

1 hour, 2 instructors.
Head to www.evergreenpilates.com.au and find the News and Events Page to book.

See you there! 🏃

This really is so incredible because of the personal story behind these two particular women.

Anyone who knows either of them knows them knows the curve balls that life has thrown them both in the last few months. Makenzie is a single mum of two and Ainsley is working through the horror that is CRPS.

Both of them are an inspiration in their commitment to showing up for their own health and wellbeing as well as finding joy in community and movement.
P.S They are both turning into GUNS on the reformer!

How amazing that it is these two gals that nailed the numbers. This is just too much. So proud of them both. 🥹💚🌿

Thank you to everyone else who attended Evergreen Pilates in August. The race to the top was fairly full on!

Next up we are loading our Pilates For Runners Workshop. Anyone who runs any distance is more than welcome! We’ll focus on improving pelvic stability, glute strength and work on movement control to help you maintain good technique so you avoid relying on the wrong muscles as you fatigue.

SNEAK PEAK REVEALLLLL! 👀🧣
We are powering head on into winter and we are aiming to keep the Pilates fires burning!
To help keep you warm and toasty we are giving away the CUTEST embroidered beanies (ok maybe it's just the model..... but they really are quite nice!) with every pack purchase from now until the end of July or while stocks last. These are limited edition, not for sale and we won't be ordering any more.

Heads up... our reformer room is fully reverse cycle temperature controlled, and we have hot mat classes available too. Come and work out with us in the warmth. No burning lungs in here! Just the good ol' Pilates burn.

NEWS FLASH!!!!

We are so excited to welcome two new instructors to our Mat Pilates timetable.

You may have already noticed their names appearing on the schedule and we’re thrilled for our community to experience what they each bring to the studio. Both instructors share our passion for thoughtful movement, strong foundations and creating classes that leave you feeling stronger, balanced and exercised whilst enjoying a genuine connection to correct movement.

Be sure to introduce yourself when you see them in studio and join us in giving them a very warm welcome. Their classes are able to be booked via the Gymcatch app. We hope you enjoy our beautiful mat space.
