Because no one likes boring Bringing together dance fitness fans in the Darling Downs area. We offer Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Zumba Step, Konga, Jagua and POUND classes. All our classes are easy to follow with modified choreography reducing impact but still giving an awesome workout. Classes are suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels.

I have a milk crate full of active wear to giveaway to someone who can use them.
Most of the tops are size 18 and 20. Most of the tights are size 16. All of them are in really good condition and too good to just throw away.

And that ladies is a wrap!!!
After 8 amazing years of being a DanZFit instructor, I am hanging up my tights for a well earned rest.
I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thankyou to each and every one of you who has danced with me over the years. It has been an honour and a privilege to have had you as part of my DanZFit family.
We will be having a couple of farewell drinks this afternoon (Saturday 3rd September) at 4pm if you would like to say HI. If not, take care and I hope to see you around town in the future
