It’s great to have our 5pm kids back at class!

Our martial arts classes are about so much more than just self-defence. They’re about building confidence, discipline, focus and respect, while helping kids develop fitness and coordination.

Every class gives them an opportunity to challenge themselves, learn something new and, most importantly, have fun while doing it
