There are so many benefits of Pilates. It’s always been important to us and I incorporate one on one Pilates into my rehab programs.

The new studio is now fully equipped and operational, bringing together a comprehensive assessment-to-treatment pathway in one space.
Current systems include:
• Reformer-based loading and neuromuscular retraining for hip, lumbar and pelvic stability.
• BLT Focused Shockwave (FSWT) for targeted treatment of tendinopathies, calcific lesions, pelvic pain and men’s health conditions.
• Vinno3 high-resolution diagnostic ultrasound for dynamic assessment of multifidus, abdominal wall, hip structures, tendon pathology and real-time motor control retraining.
• VALD FORCEDECKS for balance, strength, gait and postural control assessment — providing objective metrics to guide rehab progression.
• VALD Dynamo for precision strength profiling, asymmetry detection and monitoring tissue load tolerance over time.
Integrating these systems creates a clear diagnostic pathway with quantifiable baselines, targeted intervention, and measurable outcomes — all within a single clinical environment.
