This video shows how to mobilise matted up tissue in the Triceps. Lack of mobility and functional movement of the tissue often causes pain felt in the shoulder. It also causes compensatory movements in overhead pressing which can led to injuries. ⬆️Here we show how a partner can assist in some brutal release work or you can use a Theracane or trigger ball also! TAKE YOUR TIME - AMAZING PAIN RELIEF!

In this video Jess demonstrates how to use several of the mobility tools in the gym to effectively release knotted up trigger points in the quads. Without releasing this matted up tissue, often your stretches will not be effective at all. The most common mistake I see is people rolling too quickly through painful spots, find them and stay in them for 2 minutes until you feel the tissue relax. These mobilisations take time but the investment pays huge dividends to back pain and leg stiffness.

Following on from last weeks Adductor Mobilisation video -This video will teach you how to stretch tight adductor muscles. Left untreated, tight adductors can often lead to hip and lower back pain. If this is a weakness for you, you will struggle to pull your knees down to the floor in a traditional groin stretch. Special attention Men over 35 - Groin tightness (Adductors) is a real issue restricting hip mobility once you enter the middle ages. I see this all the time with older clients and no matter how hard they try to increase their groin ROM nothing seems to work.
