The Sydney Uni Performance Centre wrap up a huge two weeks of tough training in the Townsville heat. A special trip for Head Coach Rich, returning to the city where he was born.

Big thanks to the Townsville community, in particular .pool and for welcoming us and providing the squad with an unreal environment to train and recover.

Thank you to for hosting the Performance Centre for gym and recovery sessions while the squad has been in Townsville for their training camp. A big privilege to train where legends have put in the work.🤠
