✨️ THAT'S A WRAP ✨️
After training so many wonderful humans including my lovely pre and post-natal women, it's finally my turn to put everything on pause to welcome our first little one 💙
I want to thank everyone who has supported my small business for the last 7 years as a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor, especially those over the past 2 years who have been so patient with me while on this journey 🙏
Lastly, I want to thank Fitness Works NT for being home for Essential Training and Fitness over the last 4 years and looking out for me not only as a business but caring for me just like family 💕

🤰EMMA'S FINAL EXIT 🍼
Emma started training under me with Mary and Pearl by her side for a few years now and is soon to be a mum to a beautiful little girl!
Emma has always been so active, that when she came in today and told me she was now 39 weeks pregnant, I had to be the one to tell HER that is was our last session today!
I'm so blessed to be able to be surrounded by so many amazing mothers and mums-to-be and so excited for Emma's growing family 💕

Today, our gorgeous Hayley turned 18 - and STILL came in for her Wednesday smash session! It's a big year for Hayley as she not only turned 18 but is also graduating High School this year!
Young Hayley, I've seen you on your best days and your toughest days. But, I couldn't be more proud of the woman I've been able to watch you become over the last 3 years.

🥳LET'S CELEBRATE LOUKAS🎊
Loukas has been coming in with Helen, his grandmother, since the start of the year. Loukas has been giving me the biggest workout by having me carry him during Helen's 1 hour sessions every week, as he wasn't quite ready for the creche. But this time last week, Loukas was super brave and finally did his first day in the creche! Great job Loukas!!! 💕

Today was my last session with Mary before she becomes a mamma!
Mary has been training with me since 2021 along with her besties, Pearl and Emma!
I'm so blessed to have trained so many women through their pregnancy to promote safe movement before, during and after and absolutely love watching each and every one of these women's journey 💕
I am so grateful for your trust during this process 💖 You are such an amazing and strong person and I can't wait to see you become a mum and meet your little one!

Hayley has done such a fantastic job with maintaining her training and ALWAYS notices when I change my nails so I thought it only fit to treat her to an end of year manicure!

✨️ TRIPPLE PB TUESDAY ✨️
18 months ago, Verginia came to me for advice on how to get herself into a regular training routine to better regular day to day activity. Little did she know I was setting her up to be the strongest version of herself, literally!
In the past week, Verginia has pulled off a PB for her sumo deadlift at 100kg, bench press at 57.5kg and trap bar deadlift at 125kg!!! Safe to say, we're in the hundred kilo club now, kween! And ready to finally migrate to conventional deadlifts! Yew!!!
But aside from that, I have had the utmost pleasure of watching Verginia kick her insecurities to the curb, drop a couple dress sizes down and maintain it, have had the biggest laughs together in between sets and most importantly, witnessed happy tears from her more than tears of self doubt.
Thank you for reminding me why I do what I do! And I cannot wait to see what we can accomplish in the next year! 💕💪🏽

OUT OF OFFICE
Vacay mode: Activated!
For the first time since starting up my PT business about 5-6 years ago, I am going on a holiday for more than 10 days and will not be checking messages or emails until I return (I know, a full cleanse!).
I want to thank everyone who has already made 2023 as great as it has been!
However, it is time for me to click pause on the 6 day working weeks and the 50-55 PT sessions per week. When I return, the remainder of this year will be HUGE!
Any messages or enquiries will be tended to from 20th March 2023.
Cya Darwin! We will be back refreshed and ready to yell at you all in a month!
