Kelli was on absolute fire again—leading the charge and hauling in this chunky queen of a Barra to ignite our final day on the water 💥👑

There’s just something about her. Cool head, sharp instincts, and a rod that listens only to her! She’s got the touch, and… she proved it yet again 🙌

Safe to say there wasn’t a single soul along the Daly who didn’t hear our Silver Caviar screamfest — we definitely broke our “stealth mode” rule 😂
But hey, when you land a 95cm beauty like this, you’re allowed to be loud.

🎣 Anne’s 90cm Power Play! 💥

The queen of consistency strikes again—and this time, it’s with a 90cm Daly River stunner 💥

Anne did what Anne does best—patient, precise, and totally in tune with her tackle. And would you believe it… she landed this beauty with her signature weapon: the Reidy's Anaconda B52, the exact same lure she used to nab her biggest Barra back in 2022!

It’s like the stars aligned, and the B52 said, “we’re doing this again.” 🚀

We were jumping, hugging, squealing, because this fish wasn’t just a catch, it was a moment. A reminder that when you back yourself, and trust your instincts (and your lucky lure 😉), magic can happen.

Anne, you bloody legend. You led us on Day 5 like an absolute boss, and the Big Girl you brought aboard is now part of Silver Caviar history 💪💖

🎣 Day 5 — and what a way to finish!

We switched up our strategy on the final day… and it paid off big time 💥
Kel landed a chunky 95, and Anne followed with a solid 90 — an epic finish for Silver Caviar! Kel also boated both our biggest and smallest barra of the comp… and yes, the smallest scored her a prize-winning fish of its own 😂👏🏼

With the 2025 Barra Nationals now officially wrapped up, we want to say a huge congratulations to the standouts of the week:

🎣 Silver Caviar – Day 3 on the Daly

We hit the water hard today, working one section of the river from sun-up to wind-down.

It was great to share the space with a couple of top-tier crews — big shoutout to Team Camels and Team Akame. We reckon we doubled as the unofficial media crew out there… capturing some epic moments from either side of the boat! 🎥😂

What were we doing wrong? Honestly… nothing. Sometimes it just takes patience — and Kelli had it dialled in, boating 4 fish and pushing Silver Caviar up 11 spots on the leaderboard! 🚀🎣

Loved every minute spent with great competitors who fish hard and laugh harder. Massive thanks to Team Akame and Reidy's Lures for the B52 drops into our boat — the barra were paying attention too 👀🎯

Kelli saved the day. Anne and Emma worked the net like a dream team. 💪🏼🐊

But the real test came late in the day. An hour down the Daly, ready to head back and submit our scoresheet… flat battery. Fish on the card. Clock ticking. Heart sinking. Most stressful moment of the week.

We waved down the first crew we saw — and without hesitation, Team Bang Bros jumped in and handed over their jump pack. Absolute legends. Full send back to Banyan Farm — and we got the sheet in right on time!

This is what the fishing community is all about: camaraderie, quick thinking, and having each other’s back out there. Huge thanks to the teams that made today one to remember — for all the right reasons 🐊💙
