Fun fact 👉 Withers himself drove the measuring boards out last year… then decided to hang around and skipper a team 👏🏼

Must’ve had a bloody good time, because that same crew — and their trusty skip — are back fishing again in 2026.

**Upcoming Event in Need of Volunteers:**

**Barra Adventures Fishing Morning in Berry Springs**
**Date:** Saturday, June 14th
**Time:** 9 AM to 12 PM

We are looking for fishing enthusiasts to help our kids learn how to bait a hook, enjoy a good time, and hopefully take a splash in the water!

Any time you can offer would be greatly appreciated. We need a minimum of five volunteers for this program to go ahead, but the more, the better! Feel free to come as a group or bring your friends and partners. All volunteers over 18 are very welcome.

Holy Hangover! We absolutely lived up to our name this year 🤦🏼‍♀️
Our favourite billabong handed us a very tough weekend of fishing, but left us with plenty of laughs, great memories and sore heads 🫶🏼

First year fishing with our sister team Only Fish- Women’s Fishing Team and boy did that bring a new level of fun 🎉😍

Congratulations to all the teams that caught fish, there was some beauties pulled out this year 🎣👏🏼🎉
