again today!! Parcel arrived today also with these little beauties 🙌🏽✨

These were our collective aspirations on day 1! Day 2 is all about how we can work together to achieve them!

You only fail when YOU stop trying! So this week I’ve returned to exercise after I fell off the box, doing a box jump (silly move 😬)....so 4 weeks later I’m back!! Not great in a 8 week challenge, HOWEVER I didn’t give up totally. I continued with my meal prep and actually lost weight which is fabulous!! But the point is I didn’t give up, I didn’t stop, I didn’t fail and I kept my eye on the prize and I stuck to my goal (even though on a different path).

How can you remain on the path to your goal even when you may want to stop? What small steps can you do to keep your eye on the prize?

Courage before confidence! I have to remind myself that it takes courage because the pain is real......HOWEVER the pain of not doing it is also real! Been there done that so I'm trying something new! Who am i!??! 🤣🤣 If I can do it anyone can!

WOW! Christmas - the silly season whatever you like to call it is upon us! 🎄 I Love love love this time of year because for me it is so magical, we create memories to last and most of all we share the ❤️but on the flip side for me at this very moment I may not be able to tell you what day it is, my head is making sure I've got everyone a 🎁 and I'm also very aware that our small milestones over this period are coming thick and fast....which only means one thing! The sand Timer ⌛️of 2017 is getting low 🤔😳 So enjoy the and remember it's not all about the presents 🎁 it about your presence in every moment. Note 📝 to self 🤔✨
