It was great to catch up, hand out a few prizes, and hear plenty of fishing stories from the last couple of rounds.

Now it's time to look ahead to Round 5 at Salt Water Arm on the 19th & 20th of September. Good luck to all anglers, and we can't wait to see what stories and photos come from the weekend! 🐟🔥

Had a great day on the water for Round 4 of the Top End Barra Series in Darwin Harbour.

The boys were on fire! Noah landed 3 barra and a queenie, while Max ticked off his first and second ever barra, plus a nice cod to top it off.

They're absolutely hooked on fishing at the moment and didn't want to leave. Had to promise them ice cream just to get them back to the ramp! 🍦🤣

After watching young Bodhi in action, Noah is keen to learn the ropes as a skipper himself. And after a weekend like that, young Max, who isn't registered this year, will definitely be putting in an EOI to fish next season. 🎣🚤

Darwin Harbour is always a testing round at the best of times, and this year the wind certainly didn't make things any easier. Despite the challenging conditions, it was great to hear reports of plenty of barra being caught over the weekend, even if a few of them were a little undersized.

A big thanks to everyone who sent through photos and updates from their time on the water. It's always great seeing anglers getting amongst the fish and making the most of a tough round. If anyone else has some photos or stories from the weekend, send them through. We'd love to share them with everyone!

Next up is our Rounds 3 & 4 Presentation Night at the Free Spirit Resort on 2 September. Then it's on to Round 5 at the Mouth of the Adelaide River on 19-20 September. 🐟
