Just a reminder that the presentation night for Rounds 1 and 2 is on tomorrow at the Free Spirit Resort. We’re all looking forward to a good night with the TEBS crew over cold beers, a few stories, and plenty of prizes to hand out. 🏆🎁

A massive shout out to Jarrod Bowditch for throwing a stack of fun money behind TEBS. Legends like Jarrod help keep this comp rolling and his donation is going straight into the 2026 prize pool. 🐟🫅

It also means we’ve got some ripper prizes lined up for the juniors this season, so the young guns will have plenty to get excited about too. 🎣

Formalities kick off from 7pm, so get in a little earlier and settle in.

TEBS Presentation Night – Rounds 1 & 2

We’re locked in for the first presentation night of the year!

Join us at the Free Spirit Resort in Pinelands on 29th April.

Formalities kick off at 7pm, but get in a bit earlier for a frothy and a waffle before we get things underway 🍻

For those new to TEBS, or for anyone unsure how the prizes work, here’s a quick breakdown 👇

🏆 Prize Picks (Each Round)
• the top 3 in Open & Old School categories each get a prize pick
• Picks alternate between categories (coin toss decides who goes first)
• Only one prize per competitor per round
(But winners can still win extras like Biggest Barra, Mystery Size, Best Story)

🎣 Old School & Juniors
• If you place in the Open category and your own category, you only take your prize from your own category

🧒Juniors only
• Juniors placing in Open/Old School take their category prize, next junior moves up

🎲 Random Draws
• 6 prize picks up for grabs after top 3
• 1 entry per scoring fish (more fish = more chances)
• 3 drawn from Open, 3 from Old School

🙋‍♂️ Can’t Make Presentation?
• Proxy picks only apply to Top 3 placegetters in each category
• Must be organised before presentation night
• No proxy = you get what’s left (top 3) or redraw (random picks)

As always there will also be heaps if lucky draw prizes on offer.
