🐾PLAYER SPONSOR|BRODIE MORCOM: Donnas Piccies
Back in Swampdogs colours for the 2026/27 season, Brodie returns to the Dogs and will be looking to take control of the game from flyhalf.
Coming off a strong previous season in A Grade, Brodie's performances earned him selection as the starting flyhalf in the Team of the Year. Now returning in the blue and burgundy, he brings that experience, game awareness, and confidence to help guide the Swampdogs around the park.
Playing at #10, Brodie will be tasked with controlling the tempo, putting players into space and making the right decisions when the pressure is on. Whether it’s organising the attack, kicking for territory or creating opportunities with ball in hand, he’ll be looking to play an important role in getting the Swampdogs moving forward.
More than anything, Brodie is excited to be back amongst the Swampdogs and ready to bring his experience, leadership and competitive edge into what promises to be a big 40th Anniversary season in the Swamp!
📸 Proudly Sponsored by Donnas Piccies
For the past six seasons, Donna has been a familiar face on the sidelines, capturing countless Swampdogs moments through her lens. Her son, Zavier, had the privilege of being coached by Brodie over several years through multiple sports before pursuing his rugby dreams in QLD, crediting the coaches who have helped shape his rugby journey, and Brodie's influence has certainly been part of that story.
Donna's Piccies is proud to sponsor Brodie as a small way of saying thank you for the time, effort, and dedication he has invested in our junior players over the years. The impact of good coaches extends far beyond the field, and Brodie has played an important role in helping young athletes grow both as players and people.
Thank you, Brodie, for all you have done for our juniors, and welcome back to the Swamp. ❤️💙
