⚠️ REMINDER: Renew your Dogs NT Annual Membership (including prefix if applicable) by December 31, 2026, to avoid a $25.00 late fee.

⚠️ Your financial status will lapse on January 31, 2027.

🚩 RENEWAL CHECKLIST:

✅️️ Verify and update your details (address, email, phone number, post code, etc.)
✅️️ Complete forms accurately to avoid a $25.00 handling fee.
✅️️ Download membership forms from the DogsNT website (forms page), or obtain one from the Dogs NT office, and simply submit via email, post, or in person.

🚩 REQUIREMENTS:
✅️️ Use current forms from the DogsNT website or office.
✅️️ Each applicant (excluding Joint Membership) must submit separate forms.
