NRL Community Ambassadors and former NRL players Zeb Taia and Bodene Thompson, supported by our new Competitions and Games Coordinator Zackary Knott, were proud to deliver a State of Mind session tonight as part of the Cancer Council NT 75 Squadron v 17 Squadron Charity Weekend at RAAF Base Tindal.

Using the power of rugby league to connect people, the session focused on mental wellbeing, resilience and the importance of looking after ourselves and those around us.

Tomorrow morning Zack will deliver a Referees Course.
