What an amazing journey it has been! ❤️

I was so lucky to inherit this incredible opportunity back in 2018, when I was offered the Aqua Fitness classes being held at Nightcliff Pool.

For the past 8 years, I’ve absolutely loved the challenge — almost as much as I’ve loved our little Fitnutz community. 🥰

I’ve loved watching your fitness improve, hearing the incredible stories and testimonials about how aqua has changed people’s lives, meeting new participants who actually book their annual trips to Darwin around their aqua classes 😂, enjoying those gorgeous sunsets with fellow aqua lovers, watching our regulars grow stronger together — both in body and spirit — and, most importantly, watching our Fitnutz Family grow. 💙

Trainers have come and gone. Participants have come and gone. And then there are those special people who have stood the test of time and been there through it all.

But every single one of you has played a part in making this such an incredible experience — one that I’ve either loved, laughed through, or grown from. 😊

So, even though our “Home of Fitnutz” is changing, I’m positive that our Fitnutz Family will continue to bond, love, laugh, support each other and make plenty more memories. 💦❤️

Tonight marks the end of an era at Nightcliff Pool, but it’s also the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Fitnutz H2O.

The Glofox app will no longer be available, so all remaining credits will now be recorded on your manual loyalty card. 💳

💦 Good afternoon Fitnutterz! 💦

Just a quick update — we are moving away from the Glofox booking app and returning to our manual loyalty card system. This means you will no longer be able to book sessions or purchase credits through Glofox.

From now on, simply turn up to your session and you can pay by cash or card at the pool for casual visits or to purchase a loyalty card.

If you have remaining credits in Glofox, please collect your manual loyalty card from the pool. Your remaining credits will be transferred onto the card, and you can bring it along to future sessions. Our instructors will simply cross off one box each time you attend. 💦

When you run out of credits, you can easily purchase another loyalty card or pay for a casual visit with cash or card at the pool.

📢 Nightcliff Update

Our Nightcliff sessions are coming to an end, with our final class on Monday 31 August at 5.30pm.

Our Darwin Ski Club, Coconut Grove and Darwin Waterfront sessions will continue as usual.

🎉 Another work week is almost done and dusted! What better way to kick off the weekend than with a Deep Water Aqua workout at the Darwin Waterfront tonight from 6:00pm? 💦

Did you know that deep water training is one of the safest and most effective forms of exercise available? With zero impact on your joints, you can work at a much higher intensity without the aches and pains often associated with land-based exercise.

But the benefits don't stop there! The water itself provides incredible cardiovascular advantages. Thanks to hydrostatic pressure, your circulation is naturally enhanced by improving venous return (the flow of blood back to the heart). This means:

Well Fitnutterz, another month has flown by, and we now have just one month left before we pull up stakes and say goodbye to our Nightcliff aqua sessions.

If you've been meaning to join us, now is the time! Come and enjoy the fun, fitness, laughter, and friendships that have made our Nightcliff community so special over the years. We'd love to see as many of you as possible in the pool before we close this chapter.

🏊 Don't worry about any outstanding class credits! They'll all be honoured and can be used at our Coconut Grove and Darwin Ski Club sessions, so you won't lose a thing.

📱 From 1 September, the Glofox booking app will be retired, and any remaining credits will be transferred to our manual card system, making the transition as smooth as possible.
