Ladies Tri-ing It! 🤩
Week Two of the NT Triathlon Team Aquarium Ladies 8 week beginner course. This morning the focus was on head & body position in the water building the foundation for good rotation and optimum breathing bubbles out and air in with grace and style 😀🦑🐠🏊♀️ Great work, ladies! 👏

It waa a great first week for the Ladies Beginner Tri It group! Lots of support for each other, banter, friendships forming and of course - new swim skills learnt and confidence built!
