Today marks an exciting new chapter in the long history of the Pint Club Inc.
Today, legal documents were signed that enable Cazalys - Palmerston Club to take control of the Association. This brings to a close a dark chapter in our history that witnessed a consistent decline in financial performance which led to voluntary administration, and finally ceasing to trade in April this year when the doors were shut.
An association such as the Pint Club exists to provide a base for its members to come together to socialise and to build lifelong friendships. Importantly, however, it also existed to generate funds to be applied to advancing sport, and through this the whole community benefits.
The exciting new chapter starts today. Cazalys will, in the not too distant future, re-open the doors. Our name will remain out the front; in the back the expert team from Cazalys will be working tirelessly to bring new life to our Club. Old members will be encouraged to return and new members will be welcomed with renewed vigour.
This is an exciting time for the Pint Club.
On behalf of the existing management committee, we thank all members and professional advisors for their ongoing support during this difficult period. Stay tuned for updates ON THIS PAGE, the doors are set to re-open in the next few weeks!

🔥 HUGE NEWS, PINT FAMILY! 🔥

The SGM yesterday officially voted to update the Constitution — a massive step forward in bringing the Club back to life!

There are still a few legal hurdles to clear… but the momentum is REAL and the anticipation is building.

The PINT Club is on track to RE‑OPEN SOON!

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS FROM THE COMMITTEE

The committee of the Pint Club Association Incorporation has received advice from its advisors, that the Association should be placed into Voluntary Liquidation. In accepting this advice, this decision has not been made lightly.

The Association was placed into Voluntary Administration in July 2023. It has been operating under a Deed of Association Agreement since October 2023.

Despite the best efforts of many people, the financial performance of the Association has continued to decline. It is now at the point where it is not financially viable to continue trading.

The club will cease trading at close of business on Monday 27 April 2026.
