Wet-weather information
With rain around this week, please remember that SAF is an all-weather arena, so cancellation is unlikely. Only extreme weather conditions would see the competition cancelled. If this occurs, notification will be posted on LAQ’s page and website.

⏰ Please arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled event time.
Events may be brought forward by up to 30 minutes or delayed due to weather or event management requirements. Any changes will be announced at the venue, so please listen for updates throughout the day.

Athlete safety remains the priority at all times. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!

HAVE YOU GOT YOUR FAMILY HELP NUMBER?

What is a Family Help Number, you ask? 🤔

We’re making it easier to keep track of our wonderful parent helpers! 🙌

When your athlete attends with other family members or friends who are happy to volunteer, they can use your Family Help Number instead of trying to remember your athlete’s number or writing down their name each time.

✅ Easier to remember
✅ Easier to record volunteer numbers
✅ Helps us keep track of the amazing support our families provide!

📋 HOW DO YOU SIGN UP TO HELP?

For now, all volunteers are asked to head to the desk on Friday night to put their name down and register their help.

We are always looking for a few extra hands, especially for STARTERS 🏁 and CANTEEN HELPERS 🌭.

Our Friday nights simply wouldn’t run smoothly without the support of our amazing families. Every little bit helps, and you don’t need experience to get involved! 💚

Thank you to everyone who continues to give their time and support to DBLA. We truly appreciate you! 🫶
