Our Association began in 1974 and has continually grown to be one of Australia’s strongest, most inclusive touch football Associations in the country.
With over 4,000 active members we have a competition for everyone! We encourage and have participants and volunteers from all walks of the community. MWTA provides one of the largest touch competitions in Sydney. Participants compete in both our Junior and Senior Competitions. 🏉 MORE MANLY JUNIORS IN SCHOOL PATHWAY HONOURS 🦅
Last week, the NSWCHS Open Girls Touch Football Championships took place in Nelson Bay with Manly junior representative players Keira Gray and Rosie Taggart part of the winning Sydney North team.
Further congratulations to Rosie on her selection in the NSWCHS team who will compete at the National Youth Championships in Coffs Harbour later in the year.
Also this month our Primary School athletes have been competing for their positions in the relevant schools teams to compete at the NSW Primary Schools Touch Football Championships to be held in Coffs Harbour in August.
Congratulations to Alice Orth and Frankie Jones who made the Sydney North Touch Football Primary Girls team, and Levi Mitchell who made the Sydney North Touch Football Primary Boys team. Whilst Grace Tague secured her place in the CIS Primary Girls Touch Football team and Kingston Davis, Edward Gillett, Zion Keil and Hudson MacGregor all were named in the CIS Primary Boys Touch Football team.
We can’t wait to see you all excel in Coffs Harbour later this year! 👏👏

Unfortunately the rain across the weekend has closed Nolan Reserve so we cannot run our Senior Autumn Competition this evening.

🏉 SCHOOLS PATHWAYS CONTINUE WITH NSWCHS OPEN BOYS CHAMPS 🦅
Last week, the NSWCHS Open Boys Touch Football Championships took place in Coffs Harbour with several Manly junior representative players taking part as members of the Sydney North team.
Congratulations to Stevie Berryman, Lucas Hickson and Adam Turner (Captain), all members of the victorius Sydney North team who took out the final against Hunter 9 tries to 7.
Further congratulations to Lucas and Adam on their selection in the NSWCHS team who will compete at the National Youth Championships in Coffs Harbour later in the year.
