I’ve worked with pre and postnatal women for over a decade, and there’s one mistake I see all the time… rushing back into the same style of training you did before pregnancy.

I get it, you want to feel strong again. You want routine. You want “you” back.

But here’s the truth:
If you go straight back into heavy strength and conditioning without rebuilding from the inside out, you’re building muscle on top of weak foundations.

And weak foundations don’t stay quiet for long.

Your core, pelvic floor, breathing mechanics and deep stabilisers need time, attention and the right kind of training to switch back on. This is where Reformer and mat Pilates become non-negotiable. Building an environment where mums can share the experience with other mothers, whilst learning how to best train their body through this period in their life.
