My best time this year for 500 cals on assault bike - I’ve done 500 cals about 10 times this year and what got my time down today was really focusing on maintaining a straight spine, seems like a no brainer but it worked a treat.

Had a decent rest over the weekend after last weeks 1st attempt at 1000cal on the assault bike.

Went for it again today to see how I’d go doing 1000cal twice inside 7 days.

Totally surprised to get better times.
