Perfection 🙏💫💖

We move, breathe, focus, challenge ourselves and perhaps uncover something along the way.

Then we stop.

In Savasana, the body has time to absorb the movement. The nervous system has space to settle. The mind gets a chance to integrate what has happened.

Because the purpose of yoga isn’t to leave the room exactly as we entered it.

It’s to leave with something shifted.

A little more space.
A little more awareness.
A little more connected to ourselves.

We practice so we can meet life differently. That’s why we make space for Savasana in every class.

Yin & Pin, a perfect way to end the weekend💫

Tonight’s focus was to assist with insomnia, stress, anxiety and heart issues.

This collaboration with Healthy Touch is held on the first Sunday of every month.
