This is her story….

I used to go to the chiropractor every week with bad sciatica ,back pain and leg pain.
My physio Shannon from performance healthcare told me, “Liz you need to go to the gym”.
I never had been to the gym before.
She walked me over me to Infinity 360 Health & Fitness to meet Linda.
Linda first started on my program with my personal training as I was very heavy and limited in what I could do, as the weight started to shed I was working harder, moving better and loving my sessions, since I started I’ve lost 30 Kilos in weight, I’ve got no back pain no sciatica I am so happy.
30kg gone yay 😀 I feel so healthy and my life is so much better.
Thank you ladies, I love my classes, my trainers and my morning crew, now building my muscles and new body 💪🏻💪🏻
