Diggers Rest Junior Football Netball Club Welcomes ALL Auskick, Youth Girls, U9,11, 13, 15 &17 Footballer's and U9, 11,13, 15 &17 & Under Netballers. There are no game day gate fees.

Coaches & Committee with one view in mind, to give ALL players a game EVERY week. Family Orientated Club; Players, families & friends are welcome at all functions. Dedicated coaching staff; ALL coaches are duly qualified. One of the Lowest Registration Fees in the league; Fees include insurance on all players. Our grounds are the best surfaced grounds in the district. Maintained with recycled wate

ALL players receive awards for their efforts during the season. ALL financial players receive trophies at Presentation Night at end of season.

Leanne – 2026 President’s Award 💙❤️ This award is my opportunity as President to recognise someone who I believe has made an exceptional contribution to our club.

Leanne, there are some people at a sporting club who seem to be there whenever something needs doing.

For us, that person is very often you.

Whether it’s behind the canteen counter, preparing before everyone arrives, cleaning up after everyone has gone home, helping the committee or simply stepping in because something needs to be done you are there!

People might see the canteen open on a Sunday and think nothing more of it. What they don’t always see are the hours behind it.

They don’t see the preparation, the shopping, the organising, the early starts, the cleaning, the constant running around or the personal time that you give up.

Among all of this you are helping out where ever possible and That’s why I have chosen you as the recipient of the President’s Award for Season 2026.

A very special thank you to Jade Armstead for everything she has given to DRJFNC throughout Season 2026 as our Club Secretary.

So much of what Jade does happens behind the scenes, but her dedication, countless hours and genuine love for our club certainly haven’t gone unnoticed.

It was incredibly fitting to see Jade receive the 2026 Doug Spurrell Award – Club Person of the Year, made even more special because it was voted by our club community.

Jade, this recognition is so well deserved. Thank you for everything you do and for always giving so much to our Burras family.

Congratulations to everyone who was nominated for Club Person of the Year ! 💙❤️ It’s such a well-deserved recognition, and each and every one of you should be incredibly proud. Your hard work, dedication, commitment and the positive impact you have on the club never goes unnoticed.

Being nominated is a reflection of how much you contribute, support others and help make the club such a great community. You all truly deserve the recognition, and it’s wonderful to see so many amazing people being celebrated.
