Reset In 5
Digital Detox time!
Time to turn off your phone, device, or watch or switch them to silent mode and put on "do not disturb".
Take a moment to simply "Be", and begin by noticing all the objects around you.
What are they? Trees or plants outside, pets, or objects on your desk? Perhaps a view in the distance?
Notice their shape, colours, & textures. What else are you aware of?
Turning your attention to your feet (yes).
What do they feel like? What are they on or connected to? What other sensations are you aware of? The sensation of them being in shoes, on carpet or the floor? It's Ok if you can not sense anything, simply be aware of that.
Place, gently your hand on your belly, noticing any rise and fall or internal sounds and movements.
When you're ready, allow yourself to come back to the here and now, go for a walk or get up and stretch before going back to whatever it was that you were doing.

Reset In 5 Moment - Taste
Time for a 5 Minute Reset.
Take a moment, notice 1 thing you can taste or sense in or around your mouth.
Allow yourself to fully focus on that 1 thing.
What are you noticing about it? Perhaps it's the lingering flavour of something you may have eaten or drunk? Is it pleasant or unpleasant? Is it a "light", delicate taste or a strong taste?
Or maybe there is nothing at all. Perhaps it's simply the sensation of saliva or the texture of your teeth against your tongue, inside of your cheeks. Whatever it may be, simply notice.
