CWCT Quick Hits.

For those with time constraints or don’t feel confident to tackle the whole 400k of the Central West Cycle Trail, why not try one of our short breaks.
We have options for 2 to 6 days available with varying distances.
Option to catch the train (XPT) to Dubbo from Sydney on Friday and return home on the train on Sunday arvo, 35k both days, or add a day to travel home on Monday making it 60k per day.
Hire bikes available in Mtb’s, E Mtb’s and gravel bikes.
Also rider and bike transport if required.

Mendooran Food Cycle Quick Hit.
4 Days fully supported starting and finishing in Dubbo. 16th to 20th September inclusive.

Pre Tour, transport to Gulgong

Day 1, start Gulgong and ride to Dunedoo via Mayfield for morning tea.

Day 2, Dunedoo to Mendooran via Cobbora Station for morning tea.

day 3, Mendooran Food Cycle with various rides and activities including “ Taste of Mendooran” on Saturday night, a dinner highlighting the produce of the area.

Day 4, Mendooran to Ballimore for lunch with a Food Cycle morning tea in Goonoo Forest.
Transport back to Dubbo.

This context will work for those with time constraints and also enable rail travel to and from Dubbo and hire a bike off us.

$750 pp plus accommodation (approx $390 for a single)

Day 6 and finished on the Orange 360.

What a great group with perfect weather.
The plan was Molong back to Orange but as we had a winery lunch and tasting at Dindima Wines, the crew got a bit settled in so we decided to linger and transport back to Orange.

Day 5 on the Orange 360.
Cargo to Molong, 65k.
Perfect weather, warmer than our last trip down here 3 weeks ago.

Day 4
Canowindra to Cargo. 40k.
Lazy start after lunch to Cargo, those on Ebikes , enjoyable, those not, not so much.
All up hill but picturesque.
Great little spot at the Cargo Hotel with very nice cabin accommodation.

Loop ride to Cowra for lunch at the Japanese Gardens and a stroll around the gardens.
80k loop with perfect weather.@ temperature.

Neville to Canowindra, 61k.
Although Neville Is higher than Canowindra by a few hundred metres, doesn’t mean it’s all down hill.
