Our new teen classes are in full swing!
It’s been great seeing everyone come in, give it a go, and start building confidence in the gym. Whether they’ve never trained before or already play sport, the focus is just on learning properly, moving well, and feeling comfortable in the space.

Our teen classes are structured, supervised, and built to help them feel confident from day one.
They’ll learn the basics properly, train in a safe environment, and be surrounded by good people.

We’ve just launched teen fitness classes at Core24, running every Monday and Wednesday for ages 13–17.
Each session is trainer-led, structured, and designed so every teen feels comfortable, whether they’ve trained before or not.

Women →1 palm-sized portion per meal
Men → 2 palm-sized portions per meal
Carbohydrates:
Women → 1 cupped-hand sized portion per meal
Men → 2 cupped-hand sized portions per meal
Fats:
Women → 1 thumb-sized portion per meal
Men → 2 thumb-sized portions per meal
Vegetables:
Women → 1 fist-sized portion per meal
Men → 2 fist-sized portions per meal
The above guide will give the average person 3-4 meal serves per day. From here, you can adjust the number of portions of each macronutrient to meet your personal needs and goals.
The best nutrition plan is usually the one you can stick to consistently.
