I am a Personal Trainer who specialises in 1 on 1 training and boot camp classes.

One of my hardest working clients, Jody. Today was her biggest test yet. As you can see here, on her last legs at the end of a big endurance session.

1 set and 50 reps on each exercise with a little cardio thrown in.

Started with 5 min run on the treadmill, then onto:
Smith mach squats
Leg press. Trap bar squats
Leg ext.
Hamstring curls
Machine leg press
Bike 2 mins hard setting
Tricep ext as Jody wants to tone up the arms a little
Then rower for 50 pulls on the hardest setting

Finished on:
50 leg raises
50 squat press with med ball and
50 med ball slams

That's it folks, minimal rest between exercises.
