Safe for the mothers , a gentle exercise during your pregnancy and then a great way to get your fitness and strength back after your special arrival.
Always happy for babies to come to class, don’t ever feel they are in the way or a distraction
Bring a bouncer , bring a rug and I promise I’ll be here for a cuddle should they need one whilst you sweat it out.
Extra classes added 5-6pm and 6-7pm Wednesdays
Don’t forget to book in, some clients missing their weekly spots as new bookings take over

Pregnancy Pilates 🖤
Amazing benefits, assisting all the extra hormones that allow the body to relax.
Sadly for many it results in back pain, aching legs, fatigue, a decrease in pelvic floor strength and for many sciatica.
So get on that reformer and take comfort in knowing that I will do all I can to keep you moving comfortably, working smarter not necessarily harder but still working on the core and the gluteals and you will feel great ! Continuing your Pilates journey through pregnancy also allows for a quicker recovery because your already fit, fabulous and healthy.

I love how much they love it !
It’s addictive. You start feeling clumsy, pain, un co-ordinated but you continue the challenge, I see you find a spark and your love it and before long you’ve got names for those biceps 😂 side line abs 😂 planks on one arm 😂 and a firm ……. You all know who you are and I love sharing your moments 💪🏼💪🏼 and watching you all cheer each other on
