Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself lately?

Maybe you’ve spent so long looking after everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to slow down. You’re carrying stress, your mind never seems to switch off, and you’re craving a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

If you’re longing to feel calmer, more present and connected, not just with yourself but with other women who understand you, you are warmly invited to join us.

At The Essence of Breath, our fortnightly group breathwork and gentle movement sessions offer a safe, supportive space to release stress, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” Every session is guided at your own pace, making it suitable whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already have experience.

I’m Enza, a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, former Children’s Yoga Teacher and mum of three. Creating calm, welcoming spaces where women feel safe, supported and seen is at the heart of everything I do.

Saturday's Women's Restorative Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey was something truly special.

Lately Ive been noticing how much we all hold, Stress. Noise. Expectations even when we think we're "fine" our bodies are still carrying it.

And the truth is we don't always give ourselves space to release it. To actually pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves.

That's exactly why I've co- created this with Shannon.

A space where you get to slow down, be held, and gently let go.

Through breathwork + sound healing, you'll calm your nervous system, release what you've been holding onto, and reconnect with that inner stillness we all crave.

Let me re-introduce myself. Hi I'm Enza, A Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, a former Children’s Yoga Teacher, mum of three and the heart behind The Essence of Breath.

This space was created for women who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, burnt out or disconnected from their bodies — and are craving a softer way to feel supported again.

Here, breathwork is gentle.

Your nervous system leads.

Nothing is forced.
