Lately Ive been noticing how much we all hold, Stress. Noise. Expectations even when we think we're "fine" our bodies are still carrying it.
And the truth is we don't always give ourselves space to release it. To actually pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves.
That's exactly why I've co- created this with Shannon.
A space where you get to slow down, be held, and gently let go.

A gentle sanctuary for women to soften, regulate, reconnect and come home to themselves.
Let me re-introduce myself. Hi I'm Enza, A Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, a former Childrenβs Yoga Teacher, mum of three and the heart behind The Essence of Breath.
This space was created for women who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, burnt out or disconnected from their bodies β and are craving a softer way to feel supported again.
Here, breathwork is gentle.

Nothing is forced.

Feeling stressed or anxious? Here are some ideal yoga postures to adopt to help you. You can try these before you go to bed for a great sleep.
1. Legs Up the Wall ( Viparita Karana) Benefits include improved circulation, help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and relieves aching muscles and joints and swollen ankles & feet.
2. Seated Forward Bend ( Paschimottanasana) Benefits include calming the mind, stretching the spine, hamstrings & and calves, and stimulating internal organs.
3. Wide Legged Forward Bend ( Prasarita Padottanasana)
Benefits include easing tension in the upper back, calming the mind, opening the hips, and stretching the back and inside of the legs.
Whenever doing these poses, always listen to your body, never over stretch.
