ANNOUNCEMENT.
After 11.5 years, YV2 will be closing its doors October 31st, 2024.
The family and I are moving up North which is very exciting, but bittersweet having to close this chapter of my life.
YV2 has been a very special place for me.
The crazy part is that it’s also been a special place for so many people also. I couldn’t have predicted that.
It started out with the goal of bringing strength and fitness to the Hills is a different way.
It didn’t take long to realise it was more about the people than the fitness. I’m VERY grateful to everyone I’ve met along the way.
I won’t miss the early starts and late finishes. But I will miss the people.
There’s more to be said between now and the end, but for now, thank you to all YV2 members, current and former for your support and for making these past 11.5 years some of the best of my life.

There will always be a new shiny object to follow.
But we have been here for over 10 years. Watching the trends come and go. And still standing tall.

We do what works.
Focus on strength.
Focus on building resilience.

The truth is, training is repetitive. And while you can try and jazz it up however you like. That truth remains.
You must repeat the basics. Relentlessly.
You must apply intensity when it’s needed.
And you must be ready to learn from the lessons training can teach you. Because they apply outside the gym.

Our Youth sessions are back!
Currently run on Tuesday afternoons, our youth sessions are proving to be popular!
It’s a great way to get your kids into fitness and learning to move well, work hard, and also work as a team!
We also provide PT sessions for youth athletes who want to focus on becoming more athletic for their sport. Our expertise covers rugby league, union, cricket, baseball and soccer!
