It's NEVER too cold to exercise!
Use winter as your hidden treasure for getting in the best shape of your life. Come Summer, you'll be prepared.
Yes, it IS cold, but when you've done a workout, you'll be warmed up and a step closer to your SUMMER BODY!
Take a brisk walk, go for a run, do some sprints. Throw in some push ups, crunches and squats and let us know how you feel after that. I promise you'll feel proud that you did it.
