AQUA FIT IS BACK!

Returning this coming Tuesday at 7PM!

40 minutes of fun, fitness, music + water resistance.

Aqua Fit is a full-body water workout combining cardio, strength and resistance exercises — all powered by a playlist that keeps you moving.

TUESDAY + THURSDAY 7PM
We TURN IT UP for an all-out HIIT workout that’ll have your heart pumping just as loud as the sounds. Higher intensity, bigger effort and plenty of water resistance — come ready to WORK!

SATURDAY | 9AM
We work at your pace. You’ll still get a great full-body workout, but with more control over your intensity — perfect for starting the weekend feeling strong.

Low impact on the joints doesn’t mean low effort. The water adds the resistance. You bring the energy.

40 minutes. Great music. Full-body fitness. Plenty of splash.

PSA: Don't be that person who thinks caution tape is just a fashion statement.

We tag this equipment out for YOUR safety. 🙂‍↔️

It is clear that people have been using the tagged out equipment in the upper body room and not only is this a risk to your safety, you are also causing further damage to the machines which may result in a much longer wait for the equipment to be operational.

Please use your common sense -w e are not wrapping equipment up in caution tape because we feel like it.

If you're unsure about an alternative exercise, please don't hesitate to ask our staff, consult online resources, or search for tutorials. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe gym environment. 🏋️‍♀️

You may have noticed a few pieces of equipment around the gym have been tagged out recently. 😢womp womp.

We know having equipment tagged out can be a pain, but we really appreciate your patience while we wait for replacement parts to make the long trek to Dysart.

We work hard to keep the gym running smoothly, but we can't be everywhere at once, so we appreciate the help in keeping an eye on things. 👀

If you notice anything that's looking a little worse for wear, making a strange noise, or trying to retire without permission, please let us know!

If it's after hours, simply:
- Leave us a note at the desk, or
- Send us a Facebook message.

We genuinely have the best members around, and we're grateful for every one of you, especially those of you who are always happy to put your hand up to help us when the hard jobs come up.
