It's never too late to start ✨ not at 55, not at 70, not after twenty years of nothing.
If you want to still be able to pick up your grandchildren, and know that you're going to be there for them for as long as possible, you need to strength train 💪
If you want to stay independent long term, carrying your own groceries and getting out of the chair easily, it all starts here.
Stronger for Longer is designed for functionality 🩷 building the strength and muscle you need to live every day the best way you can: involved and independent.
Mon and Wed 7:30–8:30am, Tue and Thu 10:30–11:30am ⏰ $15 a session or $35 a week unlimited
Nobody in this class is trying to impress anyone 💗 first one's free

I’m not saying an hour to yourself is why everyone got a nicer version of you at dinner, but I’m not NOT saying it 😅
You walk in, you get told what to do, you do it, you leave. No decisions. Nobody needs anything from you for the whole session 💭
The training is the actual point. But that hour is doing more than you think 💗
Five women max, your program is already written, creche on site. First session is free - comment TRIAL and I’ll send you all the details 💌

Nobody wants to say it out loud so we will 👇 if you’re a mum, there is at least a bit of rage in there somewhere 😂
And it doesn’t just disappear on its own ✨ pent up stuff stays in the body and then leaks out sideways at whoever asked what’s for dinner 🙃
Kids testing every boundary this week 🥊
The washing pile that regenerates overnight 🥊
Late luteal phase 🥊
Perimenopause and everything that comes with it 🥊
Or nothing in particular, just a lot 🥊
Untouchable is our Monday night women-only boxing class and it scares more first-timers than anything else we run 👀 so here’s your actual first three minutes 💗
Minute one, a coach helps you wrap your hands and get your gloves on.
Minute two, you learn one punch, slow, and it feels weird for everyone.
Minute three, you hit something with a coach standing right there 🥊 and that’s usually when you stop thinking about how you look.
All levels. No experience needed. First one’s free 💗

You don’t need to get fit before you start
That’s what the starting is for…
Every woman in that room walked in convinced she’d be the worst one there & nobody was watching and nobody cared 🫣
Now they’re lifting heavier than they thought they could, doing box jumps they swore they’d never do, still finding it hard and still turning up 💘

These three land in our DMs basically every week, so let's just answer them 👇
How does it work?
It's a coached class, so you're never left standing there wondering what to do 🙃 Small group, five women max, and your program is written for you then tweaked to suit you and whoever else is in the room that day.
What's your availability?
It changes 🤷♀️ Five spots a class means they fill and open up again pretty fast. We post it to stories when we can, but honestly just ask us and we'll tell you what's free ✨
Do you have to be a mum to join?
Nope 💁♀️ Heaps of the women who train with us aren't mums. We built the room around mums, we just never made it a rule.
And the one nobody actually types out 👀 no, you won't be the most unfit person there 💗 everyone in that room started somewhere.
Comment TRIAL and we'll send you what's available 👇

We asked three of our women three questions. What were you doing before Unbreakable. How long have you been here. What have you gained.
Not one of them said weight.
Jackie, 3 years: "Everyone thinks I'm a loud bitch now but I wasn't always. Very much in my shell before I started this."
Claire, 14 months: "I was scared of falling over. Now I legitimately walk out going 'I loved that' — that feels amazing. I want to come back."
Breana, 18 months: "I can lift a lot heavier than I thought. I can actually do box jumps now."
Three different starting points. Same answer. Confidence.
That's the bit no scale ever shows you.
Your first session is free. Comment "TRIAL".
