A class and time dedicated especially for you and your baby. Available to any mums from 6-weeks PP to 10 months old.

Class spotlight- PILATES
A 50 minute mat Pilates class that is the answer to your weekly Pilates fix. We combine the fundamentals of traditional Pilates with layers of creative movement and difficulty to develop a class that will improve strength, mobility, tone and balance.
This style of class is suitable for all ages and experience.

Class spotlight- PWR PILATES
A 45-minute class combining the mindful movements of Pilates with bursts of higher intensity intervals and layers of difficulty. With a focus on correct movement patterns, PWR PILATES will refine, tone and lengthen.
Suitable for uninjured bodies at all levels (beginners/advanced).
