After becoming a mum, I remember craving a little time for myself while still being able to keep my baby close.

That’s exactly why I’m so excited to be teaching our new Mums & Bubs Reset Room at Hybrid Pilates.

This gentle mat-based class is designed to help you improve mobility, stretch tired muscles, release tension with foam rolling, work on posture and give your body the reset it deserves after pregnancy and motherhood — all while your pre-crawling bub stays by your side.

A welcoming environment where mums can move, connect and reset.
