6pm at for Zumba at Millennium Health Club- Charmhaven

THURSDAY
1.30pm Zumba Gold Toning at TERRIGAL 50 PLUS LEISURE & LEARNING CENTRE (PHEW we are going to work!)

FRIDAY
1pm Zumba Gold at Toukley 50 Plus Leisure & Learning Centre (cannot wait)

and finally

6pm Zumba at Millennium Charmhaven, the perfect way to bring in the weekend
